The message comment content of followers and the pictures uploaded to relevant official accounts can be published within the official account by Ninesence official accounts with corresponding function permissions for third parties to view. After users choose Ifun to interconnect with other software or hardware information, the providers of other software or hardware can obtain the relevant information that users voluntarily disclose or transmit on the Ifun account. Users should fully understand the product functions of other software or hardware and their information protection strategies before choosing.

Before accepting or using third-party products or services, you must fully understand the terms and policies of third-party products or services. If you find any violations of regulations by third-party service providers, you can report them to Ninesence, and Ninesence will investigate and handle them.

7.3.4 You understand and agree that Ninesence has the right to decide to use the Software for commercial purposes, including but not limited to developing and using some services of the Software to facilitate third-party promotion; Ninesence promises to strictly comply with the provisions of this Agreement on protecting your personal information during the promotion process, and you can also choose to block or refuse to receive related promotional information according to system settings.

The Software will conduct necessary reviews and verifications of third-party providers in accordance with national laws, but under the premise that the Software fulfills its review and verification obligations, Ninesence does not make any form of explicit or implicit statements or warranties regarding various services, goods, products (including software), content, materials, etc., provided or displayed by third-party service providers on the Software, including but not limited to their availability, authenticity, accuracy, timeliness, effectiveness, service quality, and the ability and professional level of each party in the transaction to perform their obligations. You should make your own cautious judgment to determine the availability, authenticity, accuracy, timeliness, and effectiveness of relevant services, goods, products (including software), content, and materials, and bear the responsibilities and losses arising therefrom.

7.3.6 Before using third-party services, please verify whether the service quality, provision time, price, and other transaction conditions of the third-party service provider are reasonable. Only after meeting all your requirements should you accept the services they provide; please be sure to read the relevant service terms and precautions of the third-party service provider. Your use of third-party services will be deemed as your agreement to the above terms; any suggestions, commitments, or statements made to you by third-party service providers and their experts are solely borne by the third party and are unrelated to this platform. Unless expressly required by laws and regulations, Ninesence is not obligated to conduct prior reviews of third-party service information data, goods (services) information, transaction behaviors, and other matters related to the transaction.

7.3.7 You understand and agree that any problems that occur when you use third-party services should be resolved by you and the third-party service provider through negotiation. If any loss is caused to you, it shall be entirely borne by the third-party service provider, and the Software can provide you with necessary assistance. Once either or both you and the third-party service provider submit a request to this platform for mediation, the platform has the right to inform both parties of the situation it understands and provide mediation suggestions based on the actual situation. You should be aware that this platform is not a judicial institution and can only identify evidence as an ordinary person.
